Cosmopolitan
20ml Vodka
20ml Cointreau
30ml Cranberry juice
10ml Lime juice
Combine in shaker with ice. Serve in cocktail glass with lime on rim and lime wheel.

30ml Bacardi rum
10ml Cognac
20ml passion fruit juice
10ml lime juice
Combine in shaker with ice. Serve in rocks glass with lime and cherry.
Singapore Sling
30ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
10ml Cherry liqueur
20ml Lemon juice
1tsp Sugar
Dash Angostura bitters
Soda water
In a Collins glass squeeze the juice of lemon. Dissolve sugar into juice. Add gin and liqueur.
Stir with ice and fill glass with soda water. Garnish with cherry and lemon slice.
1930’s Manhattan
30ml Rye or Irish whiskey
10ml Italian sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Cherry and lemon twist garnish
In a shaker filled with ice, combine liquids and stir. Strain and serve in a whiskey glass with ice,
garnish with a cherry and lemon twist.
Sidecar
40ml Brandy (Cognac)
20ml Cointreau (Triple Sec)
20ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
Mai tai
20ml Light rum
20ml Dark rum
Dash Orgeat
20ml Lime Juice
30ml Pineapple Juice
Dash Grenadine
Shake with ice and strain into a collins glass, garnish with pineapple wedge.
Dry Martini
30ml Burnett’s gin
10ml Noilly Prat
Pour Gin and Noilly Prat in a stirring glass, stir then pour to martini glass. Garnish with two olives.
Brandy Alexander
20ml Braastad cognac.
20ml Crème de cacao
20ml Kremfløte
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with Muskat.
Margarita
30ml Tequila,
10ml Cointreau,
20ml Lemon juice
10ml Lime
Rim a cocktail glass with salt, Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
