Atle Flakstad
Atle comes from Hamar and has been working at Tonga Bar for two years now. He is a member of Norsk Bartenderforbund, and has been working as a bartender for 14 years now.
During those 14 years, he's been working all over the world, including citys as London, Stockholm, Aya Napa, Rhodos, Odense and Lillehammer.
Atle and Tom are also the ones responsible for the barmenue at Tonga, and you'll find some of his great orginal drinks there. He loves to use fresh fruit in the drinks,
and loves to use Bacardi rom in his drinks, something that can be seen and tasted in his signaturdrink "Lolipop".
He loves to drink rom as well, and his favorite is Cuba Libre... the only think he drinks on a night out on town.

Tom Mountjoy
Tom hails from the deep south of New Zealand where time spent climbing walls at the Captain Cook Tavern in Dunedin gave him the idea to move to the working side of bars.
After time in London and Oslo working in various bars Tom moved to the Tonga Bar where he's been serving up thirsty Bergensers for the past four years.
The key to Tom's bartending is to ensure knowledge, skills and etiquette are always kept top priority when preparing, mixing and serving cocktails. Fresh ingredients along with an open mind for new knowledge and ideas is something you'll always find up at Tonga Bar.
Don't be afraid to ask Tom questions about his trade, his style, equipment or ingredients, it may just help you impress your friends during your next party!.





Pedro Maneira
Pedro hails from Portogal, and are easy to spot with his long dreads flying around in the bar.
After time in Lisboa, Cape Verde and Aiya Napa working in various bars Pedro moved to freezing Bergen.
Although he thinks Norway is cold and that everything cost to much money, he always has a smile on his face
His favorite drink to make is the perfect Mojito, and when he drinks... it's all about Cucumber Martinis!!!

Robert is our beloved Scot, born in Aberdeen. He loves to drink Cuba Libres, and makes one hell of a Peach Crush.
He loves to suffer as well... He must with Newcastle as his favorite football team...
